Terms of Service
Welcome to Elissa Brenner Beyond, operated by Elissa Brenner Body LLC (“EBB,” “we,” “us,” or “the Studio”). We are dedicated to a personalized, nurturing movement experience. By booking, purchasing, or participating in a session, you agree to these Terms of Service. Last updated: November 2026.
SERVICES
EBB provides private Pilates, GYROTONIC® Method, and individualized movement instruction to support strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, and body awareness. These services are for fitness and general wellness, not medical treatment, physical therapy, or medical advice.
SESSION RATES & PAYMENT
Private sessions are $260 per session, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is required at booking or before the appointment. Payments may be processed through our designated booking or payment provider. Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be disclosed before payment. Rates may change with advance notice; confirmed bookings retain their agreed rates.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. With timely notice, a session may be rescheduled or credited toward a future appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as noshows, incur the full $260 session fee. Exceptions may be granted at EBB’s discretion in extraordinary circumstances.
LATE ARRIVALS
Sessions end at their originally scheduled time even if a client arrives late. The full session fee applies to shortened sessions caused by late arrival.
PACKAGES, CREDITS & REFUNDS
If prepaid packages or credits are offered, their pricing, validity, and restrictions will be disclosed at purchase. Unless otherwise stated, completed sessions and late-cancellation fees are nonrefundable. Refunds for unused prepaid services are governed by the disclosed purchase terms and applicable New York law.
STUDIO CANCELLATIONS
If EBB must cancel due to instructor illness, emergencies, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, clients will be offered a rescheduled appointment or a full refund or credit for the affected session.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY
Exercise and physical movement involve inherent risks, including soreness, strains, falls, and injury. Clients acknowledge these risks and agree to follow reasonable safety instructions. A separate liability waiver and informed consent may be required. Nothing in these Terms waives rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived.
