Information you give us: your name, email address, and phone number when you book a session, buy a package, or contact us, and any information you choose to share on an intake form or in conversation that helps us plan your sessions safely. Payment information: payments are processed by our booking and payment providers (including Mindbody, Squarespace, and Stripe); we do not store your full card number. Website usage data: like most websites, ours uses cookies and similar tools to operate and to understand how visitors use the site; you can control cookies in your browser settings.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Personal information collected through booking, intake, and communications is used for scheduling, payments, studio operations, and appropriate service delivery, and to respond to your enquiries. We do not sell your personal information.
HOW INFORMATION IS SHARED
We share information only with the service providers who help us operate (booking, payment processing, and website hosting), only as needed for them to do their work, and where required by law or to protect our rights.
